MARY
A. VAN KERREBROOKMary has
been named in Who’s Who in American Law every year since 1998. In
June of 2007, she was named one of “Houston’s Top Lawyers” by H
Texas Magazine.
Mary is a native Houstonian. Her law
degree is from Southern Methodist University, where she was a member
of both the law review and the S.M.U. Law School ATLA Trial Advocacy
Team. She attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois,
where she obtained a B.A. in Economics.
Mary practices litigation in state
and Federal courts. She is admitted to the United States District
Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the
United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States
Supreme Court. Mary has lectured on “How to be an Effective Expert
Witness”, at the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors’ Annual
Convention, “Property Tax Valuation of Texas Real Estate,” at The
Commercial Real Estate Short Course, and on other business
litigation topics.
